Rock 'n' Body
Start your day with a workout that will tone your muscles, increase stamina and have you feeling great. This is a 6 week program. The class also includes Body-Fat and weight assessments to monitor your results.

Here's how it works:

Sign-up for the program. You will get a 3 sessions a week for 6 weeks, a total of 18 sessons. We will figure out a private sessions with you on a schedule that will work the best for you or your group. Make sure that you can commit to these schedule and to a full 18 sessions in order for you to reach your goal. Once the sessions are set for each week, a client can not make up any missing days of sessions. Client can make up a missed workout session by taking our Thai Kickboxing Class.

Price: 6 weeks sessions..........$360

Group Sessions....$300 per Person ( 2 clients minimum and 4 maximum per group)

Invest into yourself by joining our exciting program. This is a 6 week program design to keep you in shape by taking different workout routine each sessions a week. Most weight lose exercise gets to a point where it gets boring and less challenging. If your exercise routine is boring , Lets face it, nobody will continue doing it and it does not matter if it is good for you. Your workout routines are fun and challenging. We will Rock your Body with a combination of Yoga Techniques, Mat Pilates routines, Abs-Workout, Aerobics, Circuit Training, Kickboxing , Weight Resistance, Power Stretching and more.

Q. Is your class good a beginner?
A. Yes, any body can join in regardless of physical ability. Our trainers can adjust and restructure every exercise according to your level to maximize your exercise.

Q. How big are the classes?
A. We try to keep the class up to 3 people per sessions, so we make sure the you get the results that you wanted. With a small group, you will get the personal attention what you will not get in a big gyms.

Q. Can I start any time?
A. Yes, you can start your sessions any day of the week.

Q. How does the program works?
A. You join a 6 weeks program and take sessions a week. Each day you come in, the class will be different to work every part of your body. You may repeat the program by renewing your membership 1 week before your membership is due.
