Personal Trainer/Street Self-Defense
Some people need the extra push and motivation. The result may be different
for each client but one thing will always be the same, and that is "Feeling
Good" about yourself. Being healthy does not always means big muscles and
great abs.
We also teach and train you to learn Street Self-defense,
if you want to switch your training to little more intense training.
Not everybody will get the same results, but will make sure you get results.
You will also get better results if you plan to workout at least 2-3 time a
week and a reasonable diet plan.

Self-defense Only (No Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido)
$50/ hr. (for the 10 sessions) Must purchase in advanced

some workout routine get BORING. Nobody wants a boring workout.
Sample workout routine
Cardio, Warm-ups and Stretching:(10-20 min.)
Treadmill/Trampoline/Boxing/Weighted Ball toss/Step-up routine/Standing Twists(fitness
ball)/Cross over twists/Running hip stretching/Cross-leg stretch/Inner Thigh
Stretch/Corkscrews
Core/Balance:(10-20 min.)
Crunches/Ball Rollout/Pelve Thrusts/Crunch with a ball/Pullover Sit-ups/High-Low
Pass/Lying Trunk Twists/Bend Legged Deadlifts/Lying Extention(good for your
back)/Squat and Jumps/T-Exercise/Penquin Waddles/Lunges
Speed, Agility and Quickness:(10-15 min.)
Side toss(weighted Ball)/Overhead Toss/Sit and Toss(Professional Boxer's Workout)/Quarterback
Pass(Weighted Ball)/Step routines/Boxing with focus mitts/ Kickboxing for balance
and leg power.
Strength Workout and Overall power: (15-20 min.)
Weight Machine and Bench workout/Military Press/Shoulder Press/Arm Curls/Squats
with weights/Triceps Extensions/Hamstring Curl/Push-ups (modified)/Superman
stretches/ Mat Pilates and Yoga
