Try a Class for FREE! In kickboxing you will get your cardio workout and self-defense
training. Have fun with heart pumping music and a kick-sercise workout. You
will practice your techniques in Punching and Kicking on a Punching bag. We
have instructors that will guide you on how to hit without getting injured.
There will be drills with partners when it comes to Jabs, Hooks, Upper-cuts,
Blocking, slip-under a punch, checking a kick and other self-defense drills.
Our Thai Kickboxing is a classes that will give you the real self-defense and
workout that Real Fighters do, without the painful sparring. There are NO
"Sparring", so you will get the training without the pain of getting
hit in sparring. You will practice your techniques in Punching and Kicking on
a Punching bag.
